I loved the antics these youngsters got up to, as for all the other characters surrounding them - some were real darlings and others were evil, mean and ugly.
Hagrid was one of my favorites - a real gentle giant with a heart of gold who had the ability to find weird and wacky animals which he then adopted and protected in that really dark forest that seemed to have a life of its own.
